We are committed to serving our churches and communities through a variety of ministries that reflect the love of Christ in both word and action. Through cooperative efforts, we support local outreach, missions, leadership development, and compassionate care throughout Lamar County and beyond.

Our ministries are designed to equip churches, encourage believers, and meet real needs in our communities. Whether through evangelism, disaster relief, or training opportunities, we seek to work together to make a lasting impact for the Gospel.

We invite you to explore our ministries and discover how you and your church can be involved in sharing Christ’s love and serving others.

A disaster relief ministry, as described on SBDR, is a faith-based effort that mobilizes trained volunteers to respond to disasters by meeting practical needs — such as food, cleanup, and rebuilding — while also offering spiritual care and support. It works in partnership with churches, individuals and other organizations to provide free assistance and bring both physical help and hope to those affected by crises.

Contact the association office for more information. Donations can be mailed to the Lamar Baptist Office.

The Ramp Building Team serves members of the community who have medical or age-related mobility needs by constructing accessible ramps. For more information or to support this ministry, contact the association or mail donations to the Lamar Baptist Office.
