The Lamar County Baptist Association is a fellowship of Baptist churches working together to serve Christ and strengthen His Church across Lamar County, Alabama. While each of our churches is autonomous, we are united by a shared commitment to the authority of Scripture, the mission of the Gospel, and the call to serve our communities.
Our association exists to encourage cooperation among churches, support pastors and ministry leaders, and provide resources that help congregations grow and thrive. Through prayer, fellowship, and shared ministry efforts, we seek to equip churches to reach people with the message of Jesus Christ.
We believe that partnership in ministry makes a greater impact. By working together, our churches are able to extend their reach through local outreach, missions, leadership development, and community support.
At the heart of everything we do is a desire to see lives changed by the Gospel and churches strengthened for the work God has called them to do.
